After being sued by Dominion Voting Systems for slander Right-wing Trump supporting lawyer Sidney Powell is claiming in a new court filing that ‘Reasonable people’ wouldn’t believe her 2020 election fraud claims.

We are proud of our 2020 election coverage and will vigorously defend this meritless lawsuit in court.”
Asked for comment, Powell said in a statement, “I have not received notice or a copy of this alleged lawsuit. However, your characterization of the claims shows that this is just another political maneuver motivated by the radical left that has no basis in fact or law.”
In a statement of his own, Giuliani said, “The Smartmatic lawsuit presents another golden opportunity for discovery. I look forward to litigating with them.”
Dominion files $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News (Mar 26, 2021)
Dominion Voting Systems, a voting technology company that was the target of baseless conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, filed a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against the right-wing channel Fox News.
The company alleged that the network “recklessly disregarded the truth” and participated in a disinformation campaign against it because “the lies were good for Fox’s business.”
In the immediate aftermath of the 2020 election, then-President Donald Trump falsely asserted that the election had been rigged against him. His allies promoted outlandish conspiracy theories about Dominion to support Trump’s false claims.
“Fox took a small flame” of disinformation and “turned it into a forest fire,” Dominion said in its lawsuit.
A spokesperson for Fox said the network was “proud” of its 2020 election coverage, describing it as standing “in the highest tradition of American journalism.” The spokesperson added that Fox will “vigorously defend against this baseless lawsuit in court.”

As stated in the above article, Fox News host Jeanine Pirro has suggested the FBI and Department of Justice should undergo a “cleansing” that would see special counsel Robert Mueller and a number of other staffers “taken out in handcuffs” & “locked up.”
Jeanine Pirro said there was corruption in the department and bureau that necessitated investigation, blaming Mueller, former FBI Director James Comey and other figures for what she described as “the stench coming out of the Justice Department and the FBI.”
“There is a cleansing needed in our FBI and our Department of Justice,” she said in the opening statement on her Saturday night show. “It needs to be cleansed of individuals who should not just be fired but who need to be taken out in handcuffs.”
Robert Mueller has been an outstanding patriot who served his country while Trump has only served himself.

Tucker Carlson Should Be FIRED for Encouraging Viewers to Harass Mask Wearers
On April 26, 2021, FOX NEWS Tucker Carlson told his millions of viewers to confront & harass people minding their own business who they see wearing masks in public and demand they remove their mask. He further encouraged his viewers to call the police on parents who’s children are seen wearing masks in public, calling it “Child Abuse”.
The video is all over social media and can be found by searching for; “Tucker Carlson Mask Comment”.
Carlson attracts a Radical Right Wing audience who believe the lies that the 2020 election was “Rigged & Stolen” and other conspiracy theories. This makes his viewers especially dangerous.
Carlson violated the civil rights of every American who chooses to wear a mask by telling his millions of radical right-wing viewers to demand mask wearers take off their mask. He instructed his viewers to violate people’s civil rights who only wish to be left alone and live in peace. He put the well being everyone who wears a mask at risk of being verbally accosted or attacked by his radical right-wing, brainwashed viewers, some of whom may be the very same people who attacked the Capital on January 6, 2021.
Carlson encouraged potentially criminal behavior by demanding his followers call the police on parents of children wearing masks and file false “Child Abuse” reports. It’s all on video.
Here’s just a few of the possible adverse situations Carlson’s comments may cause…
* Confrontations & violence between his viewers and people who chose to wear a mask
* Deaths as a result of confrontations inspired by Carlson’s demands that his viewers confront mask wearers.
* False reports of Child Abuse filed to Police by Carlson’s millions of viewers
* Wasted time & resources by Law enforcement called about False Child Abuse reports.
* Interactions with Police over calls about masks & child abuse. Some may end in fatalities
People has a civil right to wear a mask anyplace they chose without fear of being attacked by violent radical-right wingers who has been brainwashed with lies and false information.
