How to best disqualify Marjorie Taylor Greene & other insurrectionists in Congress? Prosecutor them.

New reporting by Politico (“GOP Lawmakers were Deeply Involved in Trump Plans to Overturn Election, New Evidence Suggests”) reinforces what we already knew – we have insurrectionists in the halls of Congress, some expected to run for re-election.

A group of citizens supported by the nonprofit organization Free Speech For People (link below) brought a legal challenge in an attempt to disqualify Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from serving in Congress. In her recent court testimony, Greene claimed not to recall anything about her statements on or around January 6, 2021, inspiring headlines like this from Vanity Fair: “Marjorie Taylor Greene Apparently Can’t Recall Anything That Happened in the Last Three Years.”

There are disqualification laws and procedures set out in both the 14th Amendment to the Constitution AND in the criminal laws of the US Federal Code. This video discusses who is in the best position to enforce our nation’s disqualification laws.
