Federal Judge Rules DeSantis Violated Constitutional Rights of State Attorney
Florida federal judge finds DeSantis violated the constitutional rights of Tampa-based state attorney Andrew Warren who he suspended for being “woke” and a progressive democrat, but finding that he didn’t have jurisdiction as a federal judge to reinstate him in the position.
DeSantis suffered another legal blow this past week when a federal appeals court ruled that he violated the First Amendment rights of suspended state prosecutor Andrew Warren by removing him from his position – and the court said that he could be reinstated. DeSantis keeps losing in court, and each time the courts tell us that DeSantis has overstepped his authority or violated someone’s rights.
