Jordan’s name appears 44 times in the final report of the House committee that investigated the tragedy of Jan. 6, 2021, and the conspiring that led up to it. The report documents his White House meetings and repeated calls with Trump, including during the Capitol attack, and his contacts before and after with Trump’s lackeys. The committee recommended that the Justice Department investigate Jordan, along with McCarthy and several other House Republicans, and that the House Ethics Committee consider sanctioning him for ignoring its subpoenas.
You read that right: The man who wants to lead the House refused to voluntarily tell one of its committees what he knew about its desecration, then scorned a subpoena and trumpeted his defiance in a fundraising campaign.
Jordan’s effrontery is pretty rich. Now, as chair of the House Judiciary Committee and its anti-Biden “weaponization of government” subcommittee, he’s been only too happy to subpoena people, including Biden Cabinet chiefs and administration officials.
But what could be ahead is more egregious: If Republicans choose Jordan over the other speaker candidate, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, the person second in line to the presidency would be a guy who actively sought to overturn a presidential election that even Trump administration officials deemed “the most secure in American history.”
Two days after the 2020 election, Jordan starred at a “Stop the Steal” rally at the Capitol in Pennsylvania, one of the pro-Biden states central to coup plotters’ scheming. On TV, he repeatedly claimed that the election was stolen. He was in cahoots with Trump officials about goading then-Vice President Mike Pence to reject some Biden electoral votes when Pence presided over the certification of the election in Congress on Jan. 6. Jordan attended a pivotal White House planning meeting on Dec. 21, and that month Trump cited the “fighter” Jordan’s support in haranguing Justice Department leaders to back the false voting fraud allegations.
There’s more: On Jan. 2, 2021, Jordan led — led! — a conference call with Trump and a few other Republicans to strategize about the certification vote as well as a social media effort to mobilize a simultaneous MAGA “march to the Capitol.” Trump and Jordan then spoke privately for 18 minutes.
In the hours after the insurrection, with several people dead and scores of police injured, Jordan continued to coordinate with Trump and Co. to upend the election certification. And after Jan. 6, he spoke with Trump advisors about pardons for implicated Republicans.
As former Rep. Liz Cheney, the Republican vice chair of the Jan. 6 committee, told a Minneapolis audience last Thursday: “Jim Jordan knew more about what Donald Trump had planned for Jan. 6 than any other member of the House of Representatives.”
Should Republicans choose him as speaker, Cheney added, “There would no longer be any possible way to argue that a group of elected Republicans could be counted on to defend the Constitution.”

These primitive beliefs have been kept alive by a vast army of priests, preachers, and rabbis because it is to their great profit to promote them, first, by imposing them on the helpless brains of children, and second, by saturating the air, TV, press, and schools with their childish superstitions and unreasonable claims. They fool the ignorant and make the gullible and the intelligent alike pay tribute to them. Their multi-billion-dollar properties and incomes are exempt from taxes; they get half-fare on trains, busses, and planes; and receive billions of dollars in grants of taxpayers’ money to help build up their political power, wealth, and luxurious living. Taxes could be cut 10 percent if churches paid their just share”.

8- Their face turns purple when they hear of the “atrocities” attributed to Allah, but they don’t even flinch when hearing about how God/Jehovah slaughtered all the babies of Egypt in “Exodus” and ordered the elimination of entire ethnic groups in “Joshua” — including women, children, and trees!

Trans rights are under siege in over half of the United States this year, as 28 states have proposed one or more anti-trans bills. The bills range from banning trans children from playing on sports teams to prohibiting doctors from giving trans youth life-saving care.

- According to the ACLU, 28 states are voting on anti-trans legislation in 2021.
- Many bills directly impact trans children, banning them from playing sports or using the restroom.
- Some bills could make it a felony for doctors to provide life-saving care to trans youth.
Arkansas – On March 29, 2021, Arkansas became the first state in the US to pass a bill prohibiting doctors from treating trans youth. HB1570 is called the “Save Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act.” The law will take effect in the summer of 2021.
Arizona – Arizona’s SB1511 would punish doctors with over a decade in prison for providing HRT or puberty blockers to minors. State lawmakers are also attempting to ban trans athletes from playing school sports with bill SB1637.
Connecticut – Connecticut’s legislature is voting on two anti-trans sports bans that would prevent trans youth from playing in school teams “to protect women’s rights”: SB00324 and HB 05795.
Georgia – Georgia’s legislature is voting on a bill that would criminalize gender-affirming care, namely HRT and puberty blockers, for minors: HB401. Two other bills, SB266 and HB276, would prevent trans athletes from participating in school and university sports programs, even at private institutions, if passed.
Florida – Florida’s legislature is voting on a bill that would make gender-affirming care, primarily HRT and puberty blockers, illegal for minors: HB 935
Iowa – Iowa’s trans medical ban would prohibit gender-affirming care for minors with the exception of intersex youth if HF193 is passed. The state is also voting on two bills that would prevent trans athletes from participating in school sports: HF184 and HF327.
Indiana – Indiana is voting on two bills, both of which would bar doctors from giving gender-affirming care to trans minors: SB0224 and HB1505.
Kansas – The Kansas state legislature is considering whether or not to prohibit gender-affirming care like HRT and puberty blockers in two bills: SB214 and HB2210. Kansas will also vote on SB208, a bill that will stop trans students from participating in school sports to “create fairness in women’s sports.”
Kentucky – Kentucky’s HB336 would make providing gender-affirming care for trans minors illegal and protect public officials who express views against gender-affirming care if passed. The state legislature is also debating two bills that would stop trans student-athletes from playing sports: SB106 and HB471.
Louisiana
Louisiana – Louisiana’s SB 104 would make it illegal for doctors to provide gender-affirming care to minors without parental consent, namely gender-affirming therapy, puberty blockers, and HRT.
