Then, when Judge Dearie requested Trump certify the accuracy of the list of items the FBI recovered during the search – information Judge Dearie apparently believed he needed to do a competent, thorough, informed review – Trump’s lawyers objected. And now, rather than backing Judge Dearie, Judge Cannon is agin catering to Donald Trump, as can be seen in the new reporting from CNN: “Trump won’t have to back up claims in court about FBI planting evidence after judge (Cannon) rejects part of special master’s plan.”
