United States Supreme Court SUCKS!
The Radical Right Wing Republican dominated United States Supreme Court sucks for making partisan decisions not based upon the rule of law but using the court to cram unpopular GOP policies down the Majority of Americans Throats.
The United States Supreme Court is a Illegitimate Kangaroo Court because 5 of the “Justices”, were appointed by Presidents NOT supported, voted for or elected to office by the majority. SCOTUS is rigged for Republicans and is another example of how the American people have been SCREWED by the U.S. Government and Republicans.
Supreme Court Justices should be appointed by Presidents who were elected to office by the majority of Americans so their viewpoints reflects the majority. That has NOT been the case due to the Electoral College, which made Republicans Bush & Trump President (who received less votes than their opponent)… and the Senate, which doesn’t represent the majority.
This Incompetent, Illegitimate, Partisan and Lawless Supreme Court has in recent years made horrible decisions such as “Bush Versus Gore” stopping the vote count & handing the 2000 election to Bush on a silver platter, “Citizens United”, striking down key provisions of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, “Roe Venus Wade” overturning the right for women to have an abortion and failing to strike down the Texas “Heartbeat” Law which bans abortions in Texas and turns Anti-Abortion Zealots into Bounty Hunters.
Two (2) “Justices” were installed by George W. Bush who LOST the 2000 election by 543,895 votes and Three (3) “Justices” were installed by Donald Trump who LOST by 2.8 Million votes.

Justice Clarence Thomas’ head-scratching, jaw-dropping dissents
Just because Justice Clarence Thomas has a reputation for staying silent on the bench, doesn’t mean the polarizing conservative didn’t apply his own brand of knotty logic in his written dissent of the court’s rulings.
Here are two head-scratching, jaw-dropping examples of Thomas’ recent logical gymnastics at work.
Discrimination exists, we just have to live with it
In the case dealing with the Fair Housing Act, the Supreme Court ruled that the law constitutionally protects against actions that lead to discriminatory results — known as disparate impact — in addition to implicit discrimination. Here’s a nugget from Thomas’ dissent.
“Racial imbalances do not always disfavor minorities … [I]n our own country, for roughly a quarter-century now, over 70 percent of National Basketball Association players have been black. To presume that these and all other measurable disparities are products of racial discrimination is to ignore the complexities of human existence.”
Thomas appears to be saying that, sure, there’s plenty of discrimination floating around but it’d be unfair to chalk it all up to racism. Just look at the NBA. They’re fine, even though most players are black.
In making that point, Thomas fails to acknowledge the actual application of disparate impact claims. Just because the NBA employs a majority of black players doesn’t mean that there is discrimination at work — or that a white player would file a suit to claim as much. Even if that were to happen, the courts would then still have to determine whether the claims of disparate impact discrimination were valid and violated the law. So merely claiming that, in some industries, for instance, minorities have a majority stake apparently does nothing to address the actual application of the law.
But there is one aspect of Thomas’ argument that is indisputable: A majority of NBA players are black.
Your dignity is not the government’s problem
In a win for marriage equality advocates around the country, the court ruled that all states must license and recognize same-sex marriage — regardless of state laws or where the marriages were performed. Justice Anthony Kennedy notably used the word “dignity” nine times in his 34-page opinion. Thomas had a different take on the issue of dignity.
“The corollary of that principle is that human dignity cannot be taken away by the government. Slaves did not lose their dignity (any more than they lost their humanity) because the government allowed them to be enslaved. Those held in internment camps did not lose their dignity because the government confined them. And those denied governmental benefits certainly do not lose their dignity because the government denies them those benefits. The government cannot bestow dignity, and it cannot take it away.”
Despite being beaten, raped, and treated as subhuman property — all while living under a government that ostensibly permitted such treatment — slaves either did not lose their dignity at all or, in a broader reading, they can’t blame the government for any loss of dignity. Basically, not the government’s fault, Thomas appears to be saying.

He talked about pornographic materials depicting individuals with large penises or large breasts involving various sex acts. On several occasions, Thomas told me graphically of his own sexual prowess. Because I was extremely uncomfortable talking about sex with him at all, and particularly in such a graphic way, I told him that I did not want to talk about this subject. I would also try to change the subject to education matters or to non-sexual personal matters, such as his background or his beliefs.” Hill also claimed Thomas stated “there is a pubic hair in my Coke” and that he spoke of “Long Dong Silver“.

Lying Under Oath Could be Grounds for Removal from Office
If McEwen’s accusations are true, that would collaborate Anita Hill’s testimony and prove that Clarence Thomas lied to the Senate, committed perjury, engaged in Sexual Harassment and should be removed as a Justice of the Supreme Court.
SAMUEL ALITO UNFIT TO BE A SUPREME COURT JUSTICE
Samuel Alito Quotes 1600s to Justify Outlawing Abortions
Samuel Alito reaches back to legal writings in 17th century England to show that the right to abortion services is not deeply rooted in our history. He cites Sir Edward Cook, writing in 1644 that abortion is a crime.
In the draft Supreme Court opinion that will live in infamy, Samuel Alito says, on page one, the Constitution makes no mention of abortion. The Constitution, also, makes no mention of the right to travel. The government has never granted us the right to travel. Yet, we have always had it.
Roe versus Wade links the right to abortion services, to the right to privacy, which we, also, assumed that we have, but the Constitution does not mention a right to privacy, and Samuel Alito, and the majority of the Supreme Court, don`t believe that you have a right to privacy. They believe that they have a right to privacy. It was the first time, in its history, has ordered an investigation of the very worst thing that has ever happened to the Supreme Court. The court`s privacy has been invaded.
The chief justice calls the violation of the court`s privacy, quote, egregious breach of trust. And that`s how the Supreme Court feels when they lose their privacy, it`s egregious for them. But they don`t care how you feel when they take your privacy away. The private deliberations of the Supreme Court have been invaded by the leak of the Alito first draft of the revocation of a constitutional right. Samuel Alito says that a right to abortion services is not, quote, deeply rooted in this nation`s history.
Women on the Supreme Court are not deeply rooted in this nation`s history. Nowhere does the Constitution say that women can serve on the Supreme Court. Nowhere does the constitution say that Black people can serve on the Supreme Court.
The Founders thought only white men should ever serve on the Supreme Court. The Founders were the original proponents of affirmative action exclusively for white men. President Trump and Republicans rushed to make that a reality in the midst of federal elections they are at risk of losing, breaking their own rules and precedents in the process.
The late Ruth Bader Ginsburg died of complications from cancer on September 18, 2020. In the first, a new president would nominate and the Senate would confirm by majority vote a justice – in this case Kavanaugh – to a different post on an intermediate court of appeals (say the D.C. Circuit, where Kavanaugh formerly served). The justice would, in effect, be demoted.
It finds support in an 1803 Supreme Court case called Stuart v. Laird. The fading Federalist Party of John Adams had created 16 new federal judgeships in 1801 – in part to spare Supreme Court justices from having to “ride the circuit” and hear regional appellate cases. Thomas Jefferson’s Democratic-Republicans triumphed at the polls and abolished the new positions in 1802.
The second alternative method of relieving a justice of his or her duties. In a 2006 article in the Yale Law Journal, two scholars (conservatives, as it happens), Saikrishna Prakash and Steven D. Smith, amassed historical evidence that the Framers understood the “good behavior” standard to be judicially, rather than just politically, enforceable.
They pointed out that judicial removal proceedings were used in English law in the 1780s, and were included in the New York, South Carolina and Massachusetts pre-1787 constitutions. Moreover, they noted, “good behavior” was included by the Continental Congress as a standard in the 1787 Northwest Ordinance for courts in the territories – before there were a separate House and Senate to conduct an impeachment.
As (roughly) proposed in the Yale article, Congress could pass a statute authorizing a specially constituted bench of federal judges – say, five randomly drawn judges – to determine whether a particular judge (here, Kavanaugh) had violated the “good behavior” standard. That special bench could hold a hearing and, if convinced by the evidence, make the requisite finding to trigger exit from the bench. This approach wouldn’t require a congressional supermajority. It would need a presidential signature.
Current federal law contains a trace of this mechanism. When a judge is convicted of a felony, whether in state or federal court, the law now states that he or she “shall not hear or decide cases” unless a council of judges decides otherwise. To be sure, the judge keeps a salary in the interim. But the judge is effectively sidelined – as completely as if he or she were impeached.
The creation of a new vehicle for judicial peer review seems to be the optimal option, as it would create a nonpartisan, procedurally robust device for disciplining judges.
Supreme Court justices right now have no real supervisors when it comes to ethics, and impeachment has come to seem excessively partisan. A standing body, available for all cases of misconduct – not just a ticket for one ride only – would resolve that problem, no matter who the appointing president.

As stated in the above article, there’s nothing in the Constitution that explicitly promises federal judges “lifetime appointments.” The language of Article III says justices “shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour,”.
The Constitution was written at a time when surviving infancy was a triumph—let alone making it to the Supreme Court with enough time for a 30-plus-year stint on the bench.
“The people who created the Constitution of the United States in the 18th century lived in a very different world than we live in,” said Michael Sappol, a historian and author of A Traffic of Dead Bodies, a book about death and social identity. “The idea that judges would get life appointments had a different kind of meaning then than it does now.”
As more Americans live longer, institutions like the Supreme Court are undergoing profound change. In other words, a lifetime isn’t what it used to be. And plenty of people have argued that the highest court in the land ought to be subject to some of the restrictions that lower-level U.S. courts and top courts in other countries already have in place. “Every place else in the world they have age limits or term limits,” says Paul Carrington, a law professor at Duke University.
The five most recently retired Supreme Court justices averaged more than 25 years apiece on the bench. That’s nearly triple the nine-year average tenure of the court’s first five justices.
Justices of the Supreme Court should be allowed to serve for a maximum of 12 years. NO ONE should be guaranteed a job for life. Anyone appointed should be non-political and not affiliated with any political party.
The US Supreme Court has proven that it is not “Just”. Proof is how they almost always vote down party lines. This underscores how flawed our justice system is in general.

They’ve heard him threaten to invoke the Insurrection Act and send federal troops all over America.
They’ve watched Trump’s ICE agents drag people out of their beds in the middle of the night, zip-tie them and their children, and haul them away.
They’ve seen Trump’s prosecutors indict the attorney general of New York state because she held Trump accountable for fraud. And seen him threaten to do the same to a California senator because he conducted hearings in the House exposing Trump’s role in the attack on the Capitol.
They’ve heard Trump say he can kill anyone who he claims is an enemy combatant trafficking drugs.
They’ve heard Trump direct the IRS, FBI, and Justice Department against liberal groups that oppose him — George Soros’s Open Society Foundation; ActBlue, the Democratic fundraising organization; Indivisible, the community-based resistance organization.
And they watched him take off the air comedians who criticize him — Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel.
All across America, millions of people who have avoided politics, or identified as independents or moderate Republicans or even Trump voters, are shaken by what they’re seeing and hearing.
It’s no longer Democrat versus Republican or left versus right.
It’s now democracy versus dictatorship. Right versus wrong.
It’s no longer a war on undocumented immigrants. It’s now a war on Americans.
It’s no longer a foreign enemy. It’s now the “enemy within.”
Across the land, average Americans are realizing that they too could be dragged out of their homes in the middle of the night by Trump’s ICE agents, or tear-gassed and arrested by Trump’s National Guard, or targeted by Trump’s prosecutors, or shot by Trump’s military.
The Big Reveal is that all of us are now endangered.

Sen. Eric Schmitt made complete a fool of himself at Jack Smith’s hearing, accusing Smith of perjury over an Atlanta Hawks game he never went to. Smith was at a women’s game watching Caitlin Clark, and he spent the rest of the hearing repeating under oath that Trump is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Schmitt is one of Trump’s most reliable attack dogs.
His theory, as reported by NBC News and CNN, went like this. Smith secretly went to a Hawks vs. Warriors game in February 2024, right after Fani Willis admitted her relationship with Nathan Wade. Therefore, some shadowy coordination against Trump. His proof? A poster board. Text messages from Smith’s staff asking whether seat “109 Row 1” was reserved for the boss. None of them actually mentioned Atlanta. Smith said he never went to that game. Schmitt accused him of perjury and called him a “total dirtbag.” Then Amy Klobuchar took the mic. The Minnesota senator gave Smith a chance to answer, and he did. He’d been at Maryland vs. Iowa in College Park, a women’s game, to see Clark play.

Klobuchar checked the date on the spot, then turned to Schmitt. “People should have their facts straight before they accuse someone of being a dirtbag,” she told him. She said the smear deserved an apology. Later she added on X: “As a Gopher fan, I know the difference between the Hawks and the Hawkeyes.” So how did Schmitt’s team blow it this badly? According to CNN, they searched every NBA and men’s college game on the schedule that night and found only the Hawks. It apparently never occurred to them that a grown man might buy a ticket to watch women play.That’s the whole Republican playbook in one prop. You can’t beat the evidence, so you go after the prosecutor’s weekend plans. And the evidence is brutal. Smith told senators he would charge any former president on the same facts, whether that president was a Democrat or a Republican. Two separate grand juries agreed the case was real.
A president who lost an election and schemed to stay in power anyway. Nuclear-grade secrets stashed in a bathroom and a party ballroom at Mar-a-Lago. Repeated efforts to hide them from investigators. Any other American does prison time for a fraction of that. One man got a pass, and his allies got a hearing to harass the guy who tried to hold him to the same rules as everyone else. Republicans had hours to rebut that case. They chose a basketball ticket.
Like all reprehensible Radical Right Wing Republicans who lack decency, Schmitt never apologized. He went on the Charlie Kirk Show, where the host praised him for “catching” Smith. Then he posted on X: “Who knew Jack Smith was a Caitlin Clark fan?”

Trump announced Thursday night that he was appointing Pirro as interim U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, specifically praising her Fox News career. Pirro is the 23rd person with Fox on their resume whom Trump has selected to join his second administration.
While Martin’s legal support for January 6 defendants reportedly played a major role in the failure of his nomination, Pirro has no recent legal experience to speak of. She was elected as a Westchester County Court judge in New York in 1990, and then she served as the county’s district attorney before suffering through an aborted run for U.S. Senate in 2005. “I believe it isn’t racist to call the coronavirus ‘kung flu’ or ‘the China Virus.’ It isn’t racially divisive to say Black Lives Matter is a ‘symbol of hate,’ to celebrate Confederate generals as part of our ‘Great American Heritage,’ or to share video of someone shouting ‘white power,’ which, like displaying the Confederate flag, is ‘freedom of speech.’”
Conway’s list goes on, referencing Trump’s incendiary comments during protests over the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis; his attempts to frame a 75-year-old Buffalo, New York, protester injured by police as an anti-fascist operative; his complaints about late civil rights icon Rep. John Lewis; his well wishes for Ghislaine Maxwell, the socialite accused of aiding Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse of underage girls; his attempts distract from the pandemic with the baseless “Obamagate” conspiracy theory; his untrue attacks against the legitimacy of mail-in voting; and more.
He concluded with a punch: “I believe the president won the popular vote in 2016 “if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally.” I believe he shouldn’t accept the election results if he loses in November.”

U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) on Thursday spoke on the U.S. Senate floor to expose the unprecedented corruption of the Trump administration’s first six weeks in office. Murphy condemned Trump’s normalization of pay-to-play politics, where billionaire donors dictate policy and taxpayer money is funneled into the pockets of the president, Elon Musk, and the corporate elite.
“In the first six weeks of the Trump presidency, Trump and Elon Musk and their billionaire friends have engaged in a stunning rampage of open public corruption,” Murphy said. “It’s not fundamentally different than what happened in Russia. These are efforts to steal from the American people to enrich themselves. And their strategy is to do it all out in the open, to do it at such a dizzying pace that the country just gets overwhelmed or anesthetized or dulled into a sense that we just all have to accept the corruption – or, maybe more charitably, that this is just how government works, that government is just corrupt, and so the fact that it’s happening out in the open instead of happening secretly, well, it’s really nothing new.”
Murphy laid out more than 20 examples of blatant corruption from just the first six weeks of the Trump presidency, including:
- The launch of Trump’s meme coin, enabling anyone seeking to influence the administration to privately funnel money directly to the president.
- The gutting and manipulation of watchdog agencies like the NLRB, CFPB, and OSHA to benefit Elon Musk, the billionaires in Trump’s cabinet, and other elites.
- The Eric Adams quid pro quo and the weaponization of the DOJ to reinforce a system of political retribution and favoritism.
- The use of government contracts and stock deals to reward Trump’s allies, enriching them through taxpayer-funded opportunities and further consolidating political power.
“This is how democracies die,” Murphy continued. “Democracies die when the very powerful people steal from us so regularly, so openly, so unapologetically, that we come to believe that it’s normal. And listen, I understand that many Americans may think that all of this stuff just used to happen quietly, and the only difference is that Trump and Musk are just putting it all out in the open. And I’m not saying that there haven’t been instances of corruption. Democrats and Republicans in this body have been accused of, and convicted of, acts of corruption. It has been a fact of life in American politics for a long time. But never before has the corruption happened this openly or this frequently. A) Revoking security clearances and threatening companies that hire law firms that represent interests seen as adverse to the president personally or to his policies.
B) Threatening judges with impeachment for adverse rulings. Although removal is not a serious possibility with Republicans’ narrow edge in the Senate, the public nature of the threats could embolden actors to engage in private violence. That threat is real given the president’s constitutional and lawful but outrageous pardoning of even the most violent January 6 insurrectionists.
C) Failing to comply with court orders. Even as President Trump says that he always complies with court orders, his lieutenants have questioned the obligation to do so, and, more importantly, his administration has failed to comply (e.g., by not restoring funding when ordered to do so), even while disingenuously claiming to comply (e.g., by contending that Judge James Boasberg’s order in the case involving renditions to El Salvador didn’t count because it was oral).
All of the foregoing examples in the top tier because they undergird everything else. If persons and firms subject to unlawful orders cannot obtain legal representation and/or cannot depend on the courts to rein in the administration’s illegality, then the president can, as a practical matter, do whatever he wants. That would not be entirely true if there were a reasonable prospect of pushback from Congress, but while individual Republican Senators have voiced opposition to the tariffs, the House leadership will not oppose Trump, at least not yet.
In tier 2, the following actions aimed at curbing criticism of the regime:
A) Revocation of visas for permanent residents and students in retaliation for speech that would be clearly protected if engaged in by U.S. citizens—and is in fact protected for non-citizens as well.
B) Withdrawal or freezing of funding for research at universities that, in the administration’s view, insufficiently cracked down on Gaza-related protests or insufficiently committed to barring transgender female athletes’ participation in women’s sports. In addition to violating free speech and academic freedom, these actions violate numerous federal statutory provisions setting procedural and substantive limits on funding withdrawals.
C) Threatening and in some instances bringing borderline-frivolous or actually frivolous litigation against journalists and news outlets for airing constitutionally protected opinion, resulting in settlements that are tantamount to extortion. These actions are not only corrupt; they and others aim to intimidate the press.
d) Unlawful firings of agency personnel via DOGE or otherwise, across the entire federal bureaucracy. Apart from the imposition of the “reciprocal” tariffs, these actions have caused the most widespread harm and will have lasting effects, even if they are reversed by the courts or a subsequent Democratic administration (in the event that there are ever free and fair elections in the future), because it will take decades to rebuild the expertise and capacity that have been sacrificed

6. Obsession with National Security – Fear is used as a motivational tool by the government over the masses.
7. Religion and Government are Intertwined – Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed to the government’s policies or actions.
8. Corporate Power is Protected – The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business/government relationship and power elite.
9. Labor Power is Suppressed – Because the organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government, labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed.
10. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts – Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free expression in the arts and letters is openly attacked.
11. Obsession with Crime and Punishment – Under fascist regimes, the police are given almost limitless power to enforce laws. The people are often willing to overlook police abuses and even forego civil liberties in the name of patriotism. There is often a national police force with virtually unlimited power in fascist nations.
12. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption – Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders.
13. Manipulate & Control elections – Sometimes elections in fascist nations are a complete sham. Other times elections are manipulated by smear campaigns against or even assassination of opposition candidates, use of legislation to control voting numbers or political district boundaries, and manipulation of the media. Fascist nations also typically use their judiciaries to manipulate & control elections.
