Rachel Maddow Refusing to Call Trump Out as Illegitimate
Rachel Maddow was the first national person to point out on July 30, 2024 how Trump said; “I don’t need your votes…. get out and vote just this time…. you won’t have to do it anymore… we’ll have it fixed so good you’re not going have to vote anymore.”. After the 2024 election, she never mentioned it again. Despite overwhelming evidence that Trump is an illegitimate President, she is refusing to call Trump out as such
Since, January of 2025, I sent several letters to Maddow asking he why she has remained silent about her comments about Trump, to which there has been no reply and no on-air comments.
Here’s part of the most recent letter I sent, to which she has not responded or commented;

Dear Ms Maddow,
Months ago, you were the first national figure to notice Trump’s odd statement; “I don’t need your votes. Get out and vote just this time…. in four years you don’t have to vote again”. After the election, you never mentioned it again.
IMO, Trump’s statement affirms that the 2024 election was rigged. Further proof of this emerged with letters sent by Computer Security Experts to Kamala Harris on November 13, 2024 and on November 15, 2024 detailing how the 2024 election could have been hacked and rigged by Trump operatives and how Bomb Threats in Swing States were used as a diversion to tamper with votes. As stated in Stephen Spoonamore’s letter to Kamala Harris; “You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states”. The majority of Americans are totally unaware of this because the media has failed to report it.
Here’s details which support the argument that Trump is illegitimate;
• Trump admitted the 2024 election and future elections will be rigged when he said “I don’t need your votes”. “Get out and vote just this time…. you won’t have to do it anymore… we’ll have it fixed so good, in four years you don’t have to vote again”. Trump thanked Elon Musk at a rally on 1-19-2025 for help with Vote Counting Machines
• Musk stated how easy computers are to hack. When Tucker Carlosn asked his 4 yr/old son if Trump was going to win, he said; “Yeah, they’ll never know”. Video at RepublicanReports.org/2024Election
• Videos from Election Truth Alliance show abnormalities in Drop Off Votes and evidence of a “Russian Tail Hack”. Nathan Taylor Election Truth Alliance recently appeared in interviews with Roland Martin and Mark Thompson on YouTube detailing evidence.
• Journalist / Investigator Greg Palast claims he found over 3.5 million voters were disenfranchised by Republican voter challenges, voter purges & suppression tactics.
• Constitutional law expert John Bonifaz stated that Trump engaged in an insurrection and is barred from federal office by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Bonifaz stated that Trump has no legal authority and every action he takes could be challenged in court. Therefore, Trump is an Illegitimate President who shouldn’t have been sworn in.
• Former Judge Michael Luttig and constitutional scholar Laurence Tribe stated that Trump is ineligible to be president under the 14th Amendment for his role in the January 6 attack on the US Capitol.
• Dr Beth Clarkson, a ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer with a PhD in Statistics stated she found patterns indicative of manipulation in voting machines which goes across multiple states and elections going back to 2010.
Democrats & Harris ignored all demands from constituents to order recounts in Swing States since November of 2024, so in my opinion, they are as responsible as Republicans for putting Trump in the White House.
Democrats are also responsible for putting Trump in the White House by failing to object to Trump’s certification on January 6 2025, due to being disqualified to hold public office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Trump told outrageous lies to get elected such as “I know nothing about Project 2025”. Politifact debunked hundreds of false statements by Trump such as: “There is no evidence Joe Biden won”… “In 2020, the ballots that were counted were fake ballots”… “Eighty-two percent of the country understands that the 2020 election was rigged” , “The Harris-Biden Administration fraudulently manipulated Job Statistics”… “Kamala Harris wants to forcibly compel doctors and nurses to give chemical castration drugs to young children”… “Democrats used COVID to cheat in the 2020 election”.
Since Trump lied to get elected, he defrauded citizens who voted for him and has been taking actions which is causing irreparable harm to our country and our quality of life.
The American people doesn’t want “Project 2025” or our country to become like Victor Orbán’s Hungary or Putin’s Russia.
The American people doesn’t want to live under the Rule of a Pathological Lying, Lawless, Wannabe Dictator Lunatic who mental health professionals have called a ‘Psychiatric Frankenstein Monster who is divorced from reality’, who has declared himself to be a KING, who’s threatened retribution, to ‘lock up’ opponents, eliminate Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press.
THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT HAS FAILED ITS CITIZENS
If the Electoral College had been eliminated years ago as it should have been, Bush & Trump wouldn’t have won the Presidency the with the least votes and we wouldn’t have a radical, politicized Supreme Court.
After Trump’s numerous lawless actions which include 4 felony counts for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election, 13 felony counts for election interference, 34 felony counts Falsifying Business Records to hide ‘Hush Money Payments’ before the 2016 election…37 felony counts for hoarding classified documents and impeding efforts to retrieve them, there’s no way he should have been allowed to run for President ever again.
Merrick Garland should have filed “Obstruction of Justice” charges against Trump based on the Mueller Report as soon as he became Attorney General and appointed a Special Counsel to pursue charges for Trump’s role on J6.
The RNC has proved to be a lawless, irresponsible organization by sponsoring, enabling & making Trump (who is a convicted felon) their Presidential Candidate.
