Kash Patel UNFIT to be FBI Director
Kash Patel is UNFIT to be FBI Director due to making threats of retribution against Trump’s political opponents and those who tried to hold him accountable for his LAWLESS conduct.
In his book, “Government Gangsters”, Kash Patel named a list of 60 people who he feels should be prosecuted, many of which held Trump accountable for his LAWLESS conduct.
On December 6, 2023, Mr. Patel stated; “We will go out and find the conspirators, not just in government but in the media. Yes, we’re going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections — we’re going to come after you”!
These are the type of statements you’d expect out of GANGSTERS, THUGS & CRIMINALS.
The fact is, it was TRUMP, REPUBLICANS and Right Wing Media who LIED to American citizens about the 2020 election being “rigged & stolen”. Trump and Republicans are the ones who tried to RIG and STEAL the 2020 election by doing everything possible to keep Trump in office as President after it was abundantly clear that HE LOST.
Based on statements by Trump and Kash Patel, it’s clear that Patel was ‘picked’ to carry out a lawless, gangster style campaign of revenge against Trump’s enemies who’s only crimes were holding him accountable for his conduct.
If Senate Republicans had done they’re job and impeached Trump as they should have, Americans wouldn’t be having to live through this NIGHTMARE of having an incompetent, Lying, Lawless, Wannabe Dictator, Lunatic, CRIMINAL in the White House who is more focused on REVENGE than serving the American people.

Prosecutor drops BAD NEWS on Kash Patel’s plans as FBI Director
Ex-Federal Prosecutor Glenn Kersner stated: “Kash Patel saying “we’re going to come after people in the media who lied about American citizens who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections… were going to come after you whether it’s criminally or civil will figure that out”. To go after people for a crime that that is quite literally a figment of Patel’s imagination… this notion that he can that he can go after people who quote helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections, when there’s no evidence that he did that that is a conspiracy theory and so is he able to wield the tools of the FBI in order to go after people for something that quite literally doesn’t exist, not in a law-abiding way, not ethically not constitutionally and frankly that statement alone in my opinion disqualifies Kash Patel from being the director of the FBI.
We already know Patel’s endgame here is, that he’s come out and said that he wants to just prosecute whether civil or criminally it doesn’t matter, this is basically a conclusion in search of evidence, is him simply saying that going to serve as a basis for any potential prosecutions or lawsuits in court. Those people can just say look he already said that you know he’s going to go after people for a completely baseless Foundation. This idea that they helped Joe Biden commit fraud in an election where there was no fraud, so his past words are going to serve as a basis to to undermine these eventual prosecutions. So I predict that if charges are brought against people that are baseless, that are vindictive, that are part of Donald Trump’s promised revenge and retribution against his enemies, you are absolutely going to see those statements by Kash Patel offered as evidence by the defense attorneys representing these people who are being vindictively prosecuted as evidence of precisely that a vindictive prosecution. And you know in criminal law, vindictive prosecution is a legal doctrine that can result in a judge dismissing the charges against the person who is being vindictively prosecuted.
I believe the good men and women of the FBI the special agents will stand up to wrongdoing by their director. Don’t forget to get a case into court there are a lot of checks along the way there are federal prosecutors who would have to be willing to join in Kash Patel’s conspiracy to vindictively prosecute people, then you’d have to corrupt the grand jury or present them evidence that
didn’t exist like Joe Biden criminally rigging an election. You’d have to convince judges when motions to dismiss were filed, then you’d have to convince a trial jury of what led Patel to file charges, so I think he would be on the losing end of that battle. Charges could be dismissed with prejudice which means there is no curing whatever it is that cash Patel did that proved it was a vindictive prosecution”
IMO, Trump, Kash Patel and Republicans has declared WAR against the TRUTH, DECENCY and the RULE OF LAW. If Patel pursues any baseless charges against anyone, those on the receiving end should SUE the Patel and Government for billions, and call Patel out to the MAX in the world media. I think Patel could be PERSONALLY sued because he has publicly stated his intent to go after people and he made false statements (lied) about “people in the media who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections“.
If anyone goes after me for expressing my opinions, that’s what I’ll do, plus post billboards and run ads to expose them.

This is another example of today’s Twisted, Upside-Down Republican Party… where telling the Truth is Lies, Lying is the Truth, being Wrong & supporting a lawless lying, wanna-be dictator traitor lunatic who repeatedly LIED about losing the 2020 election and made baseless claims that the election was stolen is “Right”. Voting to Impeach him for violating his Oath of Office, Inciting a Riot & engaging in Insurrection to overturn an election that he lost is “Wrong”.
