Election security experts and computer scientists say an effort to access voting system software in several states and provide it to allies of Donald Trump as they sought to overturn the results of the 2020 election poses “serious threats” ahead of next year’s presidential contest.

The letter sent by nearly two dozen computer scientists, election security experts and voter advocacy organizations asks for a federal probe and a risk assessment of voting machines used throughout the country, saying the software breaches have “urgent implications for the 2024 election and beyond.” The breaches affected voting equipment made by two companies that together count over 70% of the votes cast across the country, according to the letter.

“The multistate effort to unlawfully obtain copies of voting system software poses serious threats to election security and national security and constitutes a potential criminal conspiracy of enormous consequences,” the group wrote in a letter sent to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, special counsel Jack Smith, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Jen Easterly, director of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. “We must protect our most sacred tenet of democracy — the security of our vote.”

The full extent of who received the bomb threats is not clear. None are believed to have been deemed credible. NBC News compiled a list of 67 locations in 19 counties, based on local news reports and state and local election officials’ statements, all of which appear to have received similar threats. Of the 67 locations, 56 were in 11 counties that voted for Joe Biden in the 2020 election, including the eight most populated. Those high-population Democratic counties include voting locations for Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Detroit, Michigan; Phoenix, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Maricopa County, Arizona, which Biden won by a slim margin, has consistently been the subject of election denialism conspiracy theories. The other five — Michigan’s Wayne County, Pennsylvania’s Philadelphia County and Georgia’s DeKalb, Fulton and Gwinnett counties — were some of the largest Democratic strongholds in their respective states.

 

Trump admitted the 2024 election and future elections will be rigged when he said “I don’t need your votes”. “Get out and vote just this time…. you won’t have to do it anymore… we’ll have it fixed so good, in four years you don’t have to vote again”.

After the election was called for Trump, Computer Security Experts sent letters to Kamala Harris on November 13, 2024 and on November 15, 2024 detailing how the 2024 election could have been hacked and rigged by Trump operatives and recommended recounts in Swing States. Cyber Security Expert Stephen Spoonamore stated; “You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states”.

To the detriment of our country and to everyone who voted for Harris, she chose to ignore Computer Security Experts warnings and do nothing.  In doing so, she played right into Republican’s and Trump’s hands, ensuring he would be sworn in as President without any investigations.

 

VP Harris kept saying during the 2024 election ‘When we Fight, We Win’. She proved those words were nothing more than an empty campaign slogan by failing to demand recounts in Swing States as recommended by Cyber Security Experts.

Instead of ‘Fighting’ to save our country by ordering recounts, Harris retreated to a 7 million dollar estate in Hawaii @ $1,300 per night. I will never forget or forgive what Harris did and will do everything in my power to make sure as many people as possible remember how she BETRAYED the people who voted for her and help put a lunatic back in the White House, who is destroying our country.

Professor Bernick stated that Congressional Democrats should hold a press conference on why Donald Trump is a constitutionally illegitimate president and that would establish in the public discourse his illegitimacy and require the need for an Amnesty Bill to clear him of that disqualification.

So far, Congressional Democrats has FAILED to follow Constitutional scholar and law professor Evan Bernick’s advise, so they are continuing to be COWARDS and are helping Trump destroy our country.

Rachel Maddow was the first person to point out in the above video how Trump kept saying “I don’t need your votes…. get out and vote just this time…. you won’t have to do it anymore… we’ll have it fixed so good you’re not going have to vote anymore.”  After Trump supposedly “won” the 2024 election, she never mentioned a word about her previous concerns. I sent her emails and letters with detailed evidence of irregularities of the 2024 election and asked why she hasn’t mentioned a peep about her previous comments and she has remained silent.

I have therefore lost a great deal of respect which I used to have for Maddow and now regard her as a ‘corporate capitulator’.

By refusing to discuss any of the irregularities of the 2024 election or letters sent by Cyber Security Experts to Harris or findings by SmartElections & Election Truth Alliance, she and everyone at MSNBC is failing to inform their viewers that Trump may be a illegitimate President. On Veterans Day, November 11, 2023 Trump stated; ”We pledge to you that we will root out the communists, Marxists, fascists and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country that lie and steal and cheat on elections”.

 

In response to outrage over Trump’s ‘vermin’ comment, his campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung stated about Trump opponents; “their entire existence will be crushed when President Trump returns to the White House.”

 

On November 29 2023, Trump stated that he wants the ‘Federal Government to come down Hard on MSNBC’ for its criticism of him. This proves he wants to eliminate Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press.

 

On March 28, 2024 Steve Bannon stated: “After we’ve won, the Accountability Project’s going to start and it’s going to be thorough this time. It’s going to be they’re going to be in prison”.

 

On “The View” (Dec 6, 2023) co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, who served as White House Director of Strategic Communications for Trump, claimed he wanted to have a member of his own staff ‘executed’ for leaking a story about him going to the bunker during the George Floyd protests.

 

Trump supporter Mike Davis stated he’d pardon all of the January 6 rioters, toss opponents in “the gulag” and ‘caging migrant kids would be “glorious’.

 

Kash Patel, who Trump picked to be his FBI Director stated; “We will go out and find the conspirators, not just in government but in the media,” Patel said. “Yes, we’re going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections — we’re going to come after you.

Either he’s delusional or he’s lying because over 50 court cases proved the 2020 election wasn’t rigged. I also haven’t seen any proof that “people in the media lied about American citizens” or “helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections”.
