Voting experts warn of ‘serious threats’ for 2024 from election equipment software breaches

Election security experts and computer scientists say an effort to access voting system software in several states and provide it to allies of Donald Trump as they sought to overturn the results of the 2020 election poses “serious threats” ahead of next year’s presidential contest.

“The multistate effort to unlawfully obtain copies of voting system software poses serious threats to election security and national security and constitutes a potential criminal conspiracy of enormous consequences,” the group wrote in a letter sent to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, special counsel Jack Smith, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Jen Easterly, director of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. “We must protect our most sacred tenet of democracy — the security of our vote.”

 

Trump admitted the 2024 election and future elections will be rigged when he said “I don’t need your votes”. “Get out and vote just this time…. you won’t have to do it anymore… we’ll have it fixed so good, in four years you don’t have to vote again”.

Cyber Security Expert Stephen Spoonamore stated; “You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states”.

To the detriment of our country and to everyone who voted for Harris, she chose to ignore Computer Security Experts warnings and do nothing.  In doing so, she played right into Republican’s and Trump’s hands, ensuring he would be sworn in as President without any investigations.

Harris had the gall to state: “Today American’s Democracy Stood” when in fact she helped DESTROY our democracy by failing to get recounts in Swing States.

 

DEMOCRATS should have objected to Trump’s certification on January 6, 2025 due to being disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for his role in the January 6 attack on the US Capitol but failed to do so, AGAIN helping Trump.

 

 

 

As stated by Constitutional law Professor John Bonifaz, Trump engaged in an insurrection and is barred from federal office by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Trump also made it clear he was going to violate his Oath of Office, Citizens Rights and the United States Constitution, so Democrats should have taken every legal action available to prevent Trump from being sworn in as President on January 20, 2025.

Professor Bernick stated that Congressional Democrats should hold a press conference explaining why Trump is a constitutionally illegitimate president and initiate an Amnesty Vote to remove him from office. So far, Congressional Democrats has ignored Professor Bernick’s advise, so they are continuing to be COWARDS and are helping Trump destroy our country.

Bush who lost by 543,895 votes in 2000 and Donald Trump who lost by 2.8 million in 2016.  Their being installed President against the will of the majority by the Electoral College resulted in appointments of FIVE (5) Radical Right Wing ‘Justices’ by Bush and Trump, causing the Supreme Count to become overwhelming 6 to 3 – Right Wing, contrary to the will and values of the majority of Americans, resulting in horrible decisions by the court, incalculable damages to our country and harm to the American people.

 

 

In 2015, when Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died, President Obama chose Merrick Garland as Scalia’s replacement. Republicans violated their constitutional duty by refusing to provide “Advise & Consent” and held Scalia’s seat open for almost a year, blocking President Obama’s nominee (Merrick Garland). This was an outrageous and despicable power grab by Mitch McConnell & Republicans.

When Trump became President, he appointed Neil Gorsuch, who obtained his seat by theft, due to Republicans blocking Obama’s nominee, so Gorsuch is without question, an illegitimate “Justice”. Gorsuch seat rightly belongs to Merrick Garland. This is just one example of how ROTTEN and DESPICABLE Republicans are and how dysfunctional our Government is.

 

Merrick Garland would have made an excellent Supreme Court Justice, but he proved unfit to be the United States Attorney General. He should have filed “Obstruction of Justice” charges as detailed in the Mueller Report immediately upon being appointed AG.

After inciting riots to overturn the 2020 election which caused 5 deaths and injuries of approximately 140 Capital Police, Trump should have immediately been arrested and jailed. There’s NO WAY Trump should have been allowed to run for President again.

I have therefore lost a great deal of respect which I used to have for Maddow and now regard her as a ‘corporate capitulator’.

By refusing to discuss any of the irregularities of the 2024 election or letters sent by Cyber Security Experts to Harris or findings by SmartElections & Election Truth Alliance, she and everyone at MSNBC is failing to inform their viewers that Trump may be a illegitimate President.
