When polls in 2023 showed 75% of Democrats didn’t want Joe Biden to run again for President, he should have respected the wishes of voters and put his country first by not running. Democrats should have demanded he not run so there could be Primaries in 2024, allowing voters to chose a Presidential candidate.

Millions of Americans knew in their guts there was something drastically wrong with the outcome of the 2024 Election, but Democrats and the mainstream news media accepted the results without asking any questions and have continued legitimizing Trump’s Presidency.
After the election was called for Trump, Computer Security Experts sent letters to Kamala Harris on November 13, 2024 and on November 15, 2024 detailing how the 2024 election could have been hacked and rigged by Trump operatives and recommended recounts in Swing States. They stated; ““You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states”. To the detriment of our country, Harris chose to ignore Computer Security Experts warnings and do nothing.
VP Harris kept saying during the 2024 election ‘When we Fight, We Win’. She proved those words were nothing more than a empty campaign slogan by failing to demand recounts in Swing States as recommended by Cyber Security Experts in their letters to her on 11/13/2024 & 11/15/2024.
Instead of ‘Fighting’ to save our country by ordering recounts as recommended, Harris retreated to a 7 million dollar estate in Hawaii @ $1,300 per night. By failing to order recounts in Swing States, she played right into the hands of Trump & Republicans, guaranteeing Trump would be sworn in with no investigations.

House Democrats should have objected to Trump’s certification on January 6, 2025 due to being disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, but failed to do so. As stated by Constitutional law Professor John Bonifaz, Trump engaged in an insurrection and is barred from federal office by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Trump also made it clear he was going to violate his Oath of Office, Citizens Rights and the United States Constitution, so Democrats should have taken every legal action available to prevent Trump from being sworn in as President on January 20, 2025.

Kamala Harris election result is back in the spotlight as a fresh lawsuit questions Donald Trumps 2024 victory in New York. A new court case claims that voting machines in Rockland County didnt count several votes for Kamala Harris, raising big questions about accuracy and election transparency.
UPDATE: June 15, 2025: “Per the above article; Kamala Harris election result has come back into the spotlight after a major lawsuit was filed questioning the integrity of the 2024 presidential election—specifically Donald Trump’s victory. On June 10, 2025, a case brought by SMART Legislation, a legal advocacy group linked to SMART Elections, was allowed to move forward in New York’s Rockland County Supreme Court.
