I think Representative James Clyburn Sucks for reviving Joe Biden’s candidacy for President.
Most Democrats didn’t want Joe Biden to be our Presidential candidate in 2020. He was losing and was on his last leg before Clyburn opened his stupid mouth and endorsed Biden. Then, all other democrat candidates dropped out to unite behind Biden to stop Bernie Sanders. That chain of events created the ‘winter of discontent’ which has continued to this day among voters who were never thrilled about Biden’s candidacy. Biden & Sanders shouldn’t have run in the first place to make way for a new generation of Democrat candidates.
Our government is a mess and in my opinion, people from Biden & Mitch McConnell’s generation are to blame. They had their time to serve in government and should have retired a long time ago so a new generation can take charge.

During the past 3 years, polls have consistently shown the majority of Americans don’t want Biden. With polls showing a majority of Americans and Democrats don’t want Biden, there’s a good chance he will lose, especially if Trump isn’t the GOP candidate.
Biden is a uninspiring, non-motivating geriatric DULLARD who is put-you-to-sleep boring. While he’s indisputably a decent person and much better than Trump in every way, I felt Biden was Democrats worst choice for their Presidential candidate. The fact that Biden is tied in polls with Trump (as of 10-2-2023), who incited an insurrection, was impeached twice, and has been indicted with numerous criminal charges, proves what a horrible, non-motivating candidate Biden is.
It’s very irresponsible and selfish of President Biden to run in 2024 when he knows an overwhelming majority of voters don’t want him. This is putting the entire future of the United States and Democracy in jeopardy.
Although President Biden has done a good job administratively, polls show the majority of Americans don’t care about his “accomplishments”. Voters view him as an uninspiring speaker, weak, not the fighter we need, lacks the ability to inspire, embarrassing, too old and looks like he belongs in a nursing home.
We’re sick & tired of being stuck with embarrassing, wimpy, horrible candidates like Hillary Clinton & Joe Biden. We need young, inspiring, dynamic Democrat Presidential candidates who Independents & Republicans would vote for to make sure Democrats decisively win the 2024 election.
If Biden refuses to drop out and LOSES in 2024, it will be partly JAMES CLYBURN’S FAULT!
It’s astounding how MSNBC has Clyburn on shows like Morning Joe, and treat him like he’s some kind of hero. I hope everyone remembers how Clyburn revived Biden’s failing candidacy in 2020 and put the blame where it belongs (on Clyburn), if Biden loses and we lose our Democracy to a anti-democratic, fascist REPUBLICAN.
Out of all Democrats, Biden is the easiest for Republicans to demonize as “Bumbling Biden”, “Sleepy Joe”, having “Dementia” and being “unfit” due to his age, plus how he looks and acts. House Republicans and Right Wing Media are convincing a large segment of Americans that President Biden is corrupt and guilty of crimes. House Republicans impeachment inquiry will further taint Biden.
Biden is too old, too proper and too wimpy to call out and defeat ruthless, say-anything-to-win Republicans, who have no shame lying with impunity. His debating style is from the 1980’s when candidates debated issues while showing some decorum & respect for their opponents. Today’s Republicans don’t give a damn about issues or decorum. They beat down their opponents with lies, insults, conspiracy theories and being rude assholes… never letting their opponents get a word in.
Biden got steamrolled so badly by Trump with lies, insults and rude behavior in the 2020 debates that it was embarrassing. Trump would steamroll Biden even worse in 2024. Almost any GOP Presidential candidate could wipe up the floor with Biden in debates.
We cannot take a chance on having a weak, tainted Presidential candidate who the majority of Americans don’t want, because this is the most important election in the history of our country.
If Trump, DeSantis or almost any other Republican wins the 2024 election, our Democracy and Freedom will be lost FOREVER. They have stated their intentions in Project 2025, to turn the Presidency into a Presidential Dictatorship. They’re Anti-Democratc Fascist who will turn the United States into a Viktor Orbán Hungarian Dictatorship where future elections, the DOJ and Judiciary are rigged for Republicans. Trump called news organizations which exposes his lies, lawlessness and insanity, treasonous and want’s them shut down. He’s stated he wants political enemies locked up and executed.
This election is too important to hope and pray Biden somehow makes it across the finish line. Winning the 2024 Presidential election should be Democrat’s TOP priority.
We need a candidate who’s strong enough to beat ANY Republican candidate.
BIDEN SHOULD PUT OUR COUNTRY AND DEMOCRACY FIRST BY DROPPING OUT, so this election can be won DECISIVELY by a young Democrat candidate who will INSPIRE and MOTIVATE people to WANT vote for them and be able to serve for 8 years.
Candidates such as California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, Beto O’Rourke, Eric Swalwell or Rep Tim Ryan would be good choices. We need candidates who will forcefully call out and expose Republicans for the Lawless Liars and Anti-Democratic, Fascist threat which they are to our Country and Democracy.

Polls show Biden has been unpopular for a long time. If Representative James Clyburn had any intelligence, he should have been aware of this too and not endorsed Biden.

I feel anyone over 65 is too old to be running for President. If everyone who holds a position in the government (congressman, judges, etc) would retire at 65, we’d be a lot better off. We need change, and we’re not going to get it by keeping old farts in office until they kick the bucket.
Tim Ryan was my pick for the Democrat’s Presidential Candidate. Unfortunately, he received little notice. As you can see from the above speech (and others on youtube), Ryan could have DESTROYED Trump and Republicans.
