Pam Bondi: Lawless Trump Sycophant

Pam Bondi proves she’s a Lawless Trump Sycophant by claiming courts should not have the authority to stop or interfere with any action Trump takes which violates laws or the Constitution. This statement proves she has no respect for the law, our court system, the Constitution, our three branches of the Government and separation of powers. She is therefore UNFIT to hold public office. Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) calls Pam Bondi out as a Trump Sycophant.
IMO, Bondi is beautiful on the outside, but evil, dark and heartless in the inside. No decent person would work for Trump or have anything to do with him. Trump is vile & evil personified.
Bondi appears to have fallen under the influence of Trump
Jesse talks about Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi, who appeared on the Fox News show as someone named Will Cain to blast the federal judge who is ruling against certain aspects of Donald Trump’s mass deportation efforts. She flatly told the Fox News sycophant, “This judge has no right to ask those questions. The judge had no business – no power to do what he did. This judge had no right to do that.”
More outrageous conduct by Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Five things to know about Trump’s (second) pick for attorney general
In the absence of any real vetting the way it’s usually done, Rachel Maddow presents a Rachel Maddow Show Public Servant Announcement to hopefully help fill that gap. In this episode, Rachel takes a closer look at Trump’s choice for attorney general, Pam Bondi, who has been working closely with Trump, despite not being given a role in his first administration, showing commitment to his causes, including the prosecution of his political opponents. While Bondi is not highly regarded for her abilities, she does benefit from comparison to Trump’s first choice for attorney general, former Rep. Matt Gaetz.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett responded to United States Attorney General Pam Bondi for attacking her on Fox News.
AG Pam “Lock her Up” Bondi and FBI Director Kash “Jail Hillary” Patel have failed the great test by “signaling” that they will NOT open an investigation into whether Espionage Act and other crimes were committed by the top Trump security, defense, and military leaders by leaking war plans in an unsecured messaging platform, as Bondi responds to reporters questions today by blaming Biden, Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton, and demonstrating that she’s not a trusted independent Attorney General, she’s a political hack for Trump. Michael Popok reports.

The fact that Pam Bondi can’t answer this simple question proves she’s a Trump a Sycophant who is afraid of saying anything which might anger the wannabe dictator and owes her allegiance to Trump instead of the Rule of Law, the Constitution and our country.

Per the above article: FactPAC is calling on the Florida Bar to review Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Conduct and Consider her for Disbarment and/or other disciplinary action.
We have prepared a comprehensive evaluation of Attorney General Pam Bondi’s professional conduct, highlighting actions that may warrant consideration for disbarment due to potential violations of legal ethics and professional responsibilities.
1. Disregard for Judicial Authority and Due Process:
Attorney General Bondi’s handling of the deportation case involving Kilmar Abrego Garcia raises significant concerns. Despite a federal court order prohibiting Garcia’s removal, he was deported to El Salvador. Judge Paula Xinis described the detention and deportation as “wholly lawless,” noting the absence of legal grounds for such actions. Bondi’s response, emphasizing the need to “vigorously argue on behalf of your client,” suggests a prioritization of administrative directives over judicial mandates, potentially undermining the rule of law. Bondi appears to believe that Donald Trump is her “client.”
2. Politicization of the Department of Justice:
Bondi’s tenure and actions prior to becoming Attorney General has been marked by actions that suggest the politicization of the Department of Justice (DOJ). Her involvement in efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, including public assertions of voter fraud without substantiated evidence, reflects a potential misuse of legal authority for political ends. Such actions may compromise the perceived impartiality and integrity of the DOJ.
3. Ethical Concerns Regarding Campaign Contributions:
In 2013, Bondi’s political action committee received a $25,000 donation from the Donald J. Trump Foundation while her office was considering joining a lawsuit against Trump University. Subsequently, her office declined to pursue the case. The Internal Revenue Service later determined that the donation violated laws against political contributions from nonprofit organizations. This sequence of events raises questions about potential conflicts of interest and adherence to ethical standards.
4. Undermining Civil Rights Protections:
Bondi’s actions have also raised concerns regarding the protection of civil rights. Her directive to dismiss lawsuits related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in public safety departments suggests a departure from established civil rights enforcement practices. Such decisions may reflect a disregard for efforts to address systemic discrimination.
Pam Bondi’s Conduct May Have Directly Violated The Florida Bar’s Guidelines for Professional Conduct
The Florida Bar’s Guidelines for Profesional Conduct require some of the highest standards for practice attorneys in the United States. Should the bar expect all attorneys to meet those high standards, they should take immediate action in regard to Attorney General Pam Bondi’s potential violations, as outlined below.
A. Conflict of Interest and Undermining Public Trust
Incident: In 2013, Pam Bondi’s political action committee accepted a $25,000 donation from the Trump Foundation while her office was considering joining a lawsuit against Trump University. Her office later declined to participate in the lawsuit.
Relevant Guideline: A. General Principles
“A lawyer always should strive to uphold the honor and dignity of the profession… A lawyer must not use any aspect of the litigation process… to unnecessarily prolong litigation or increase litigation expenses.”
Analysis: Accepting a donation from a party under potential investigation, then declining to prosecute erodes public confidence and fails to uphold the dignity and impartiality required by the legal profession.
B. Misuse of Office for Personal Gain
Incident: Bondi persuaded Gov. Rick Scott to delay an execution because it conflicted with a fundraising event she was hosting.
Relevant Guideline: A. General Principles
“A lawyer should avoid disorder and disruption in the courtroom, and maintain a respectful attitude toward the court.”
Relevant Guideline: L. Trial Conduct and Courtroom Decorum
“A lawyer should abstain from conduct calculated to detract or divert the fact finder’s attention from the relevant facts or otherwise cause the fact finder to reach a decision on an impermissible basis.”
Analysis: Rescheduling a state-sanctioned execution for a political fundraiser constitutes an abuse of office, prioritizing personal political interests over the solemnity and gravity of the justice process.
C. Disregard for Judicial Orders
Incident: As U.S. Attorney General, Bondi defended a deportation that directly violated a federal judge’s order. She also has shown disregard for the rulings of the federal judiciary and is defending the Trump administration’s attacks on law firms that represent the President’s political adversaries.
Relevant Guideline: Preamble
“To the judiciary, a lawyer owes candor, diligence, and utmost respect.”
Relevant Guideline: A. General Principles
“A lawyer is both an officer of the court and an advocate… and maintain a respectful attitude toward the court.”
Analysis: Acting contrary to a federal court’s order undermines the integrity of the judicial system and violates a lawyer’s fundamental obligation to show respect for court authority.
D. Partisan Manipulation of Legal System
Incident: Bondi publicly supported efforts to challenge the 2020 presidential election results, amplifying unverified claims of fraud and sowing public distrust.
Relevant Guideline: Preamble
“To the administration of justice, a lawyer unquestionably owes the fundamental duties of personal dignity and professional integrity.”
Relevant Guideline: L. Trial Conduct and Courtroom Decorum
“A lawyer should not knowingly misstate, distort, or improperly exaggerate any fact or opinion nor permit the lawyer’s silence or inaction to mislead anyone.”
Analysis: Publicly advancing unfounded legal theories without factual or evidentiary support directly violates the duty of candor and integrity expected from legal professionals.
E. Failure to Disclose Foreign Influence and Lobbying Work
Relevant Guideline: A. General Principles
“A lawyer’s word (whether orally or in writing) should be his or her bond.”
Relevant Guideline: Preamble
“Coupled with those duties is a lawyer’s duty of courtesy and cooperation with fellow professionals for the efficient administration of our system of justice and the respect of the public it serves.”
Analysis: Concealing material information regarding foreign lobbying creates the appearance of impropriety and damages the transparency and integrity required by the legal profession.
With regards to Bondi’s involvement in Donald Trump’s 2020 efforts to overthrow a fair election, other attorneys faced disciplinary actions and or disbarment.
Rudy Giuliani
- Disbarment in New York and Washington, D.C.: Giuliani was disbarred in New York in July 2024 and in Washington, D.C., in September 2024. The disbarments were due to his false and misleading statements regarding the 2020 election, which courts found undermined the integrity of the legal profession and the U.S. Constitution.
Kenneth Chesebro
- License Suspension in New York: Chesebro’s law license was indefinitely suspended in New York in October 2024 after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to file false documents in Georgia’s election interference case.
Jenna Ellis
- License Suspension in Colorado: Ellis’s law license was suspended for three years in May 2024 after she pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting false statements in Georgia’s election interference case.
John Eastman
- Disbarment Recommendation in California: In March 2024, a California judge recommended Eastman’s disbarment for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election, including promoting the theory that Vice President Pence could reject electoral votes.
Thousands of Lawyers Urge Attorney General Bondi to Defend Legal Profession – Democracy Forward
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, thousands of lawyers transmitted a to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, urging her to reject political attacks on attorneys and law firms. The letter, organized by Democracy Forward in partnership with the Society for the Rule of Law Institute, Public Citizen and American Civil Liberties Union, represents a cross-ideological coalition of legal professionals, united in concern that recent attacks-many stemming from the Project 2025 playbook-are part of an effort to scare people from exercising their right to access the justice system.
Per the above article: “Today, thousands of lawyers transmitted a letter to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, urging her to reject political attacks on attorneys and law firms. The letter, organized by Democracy Forward in partnership with the Society for the Rule of Law Institute, Public Citizen and American Civil Liberties Union, represents a cross-ideological coalition of legal professionals, united in concern that recent attacks—many stemming from the Project 2025 playbook—are part of an effort to scare people from exercising their right to access the justice system.
The letter, which has garnered more than 4,300 signatures from individuals and organizations, features several notable conservative and progressive signatories – including former judges, Members of Congress, senior political appointees from both Republican and Democratic, administrations, private law firms and legal organizations.
“This administration’s ongoing attacks on the rule of law and those sworn to protect it are outrageous and should concern every American,” said Democracy Forward President & CEO Skye Perryman. “This letter demonstrates the groundswell of energy within the legal profession—from Democrats, Republicans and across the political spectrum—of lawyers standing up for the rule of law and for the American people.”
“We are living through an unprecedented assault against the rule of law,” said Gregg Nunziata, Executive Director, Society for the Rule of Law Institute. “Our system of government depends on an independent judiciary, where lawyers can present cases without fearing retaliation from the government. As the top law enforcement officer in the executive branch, the attorney general has a responsibility to defend this pillar of our Constitution.”
“Our courts are an essential check on corporate criminals and an increasingly lawless executive branch — as well as a defense for regular people,” said Lisa Gilbert, co-president of Public Citizen. “The Trump administration’s ongoing attempt to retaliate against lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals who challenge them will not be tolerated by those of us who remain committed to fighting for equal justice under the law.”
“President Trump is trying to scare lawyers from taking your cases and scare judges from hearing them. He knows that people have less power to fight for their rights when one critical tool – challenging him in court – is cut off at the knees. But so far, the courts are checking the President’s efforts to abuse his power and courageous lawyers are continuing to challenge his many manifestly illegal actions targeting immigrants, protesters, advocates, students, journalists, civil society and more. We are proud to show up alongside the thousands of signatories from across the ideological spectrum who are holding strong in the face of intimidation and political retribution,” said Mike Zamore, National Director of Policy & Government Affairs for the American Civil Liberties Union.
The letter follows President Trump’s recent executive memorandum targeting attorneys who represent clients in actions against the federal government, his public declaration to “go after… a lot of law firms,” and his criticism of the American Bar Association, the nation’s preeminent voluntary association for legal professionals”.
Pam Bondi reshapes the DOJ around Trump’s priorities
President Donald Trump’s choice of Pam Bondi to be attorney general last fall prompted sighs of relief in some Democratic and legal circles.
Per the above article: Some people thought Attorney General Pam Bondi would resist efforts to politicize the DOJ. Instead, critics say, she has embraced them.
“Since Bondi took the reins, the Justice Department has been operating in a manner dramatically at odds with how it has been run in the 50 years since Attorney General John Mitchell was sent to prison for his role in the Watergate scandal.
Vowing to end the politicization she says occurred during the Biden administration, Bondi has implemented her own regime of politicization, critics say. The Trump administration, with Bondi’s help, appears to be seeking to transform the Justice Department into a political instrument of the president — something that no Republican or Democratic administration has done since then-President Richard Nixon.
“The Justice Department is not independent of the President of the United States,” said Mike Davis, a lawyer and Republican activist who has advised Trump on DOJ issues and who said Bondi was doing exactly what Trump had promised. “Every federal prosecutor and agent reports to the deputy attorney general, who reports to the attorney general, who reports to the president, who is elected by all Americans. Anyone who thinks otherwise proves that the Deep State is not a conspiracy theory.”
“President Trump is doing the unthinkable in Washington — he’s doing what he promised voters he would do and Pam Bondi is helping,” he said. “She’s done more in a month than the last several attorneys general did in years.”
In her first month in office, Bondi has presided over a purge of career Justice Department lawyers who are supposed to be protected under civil service rules but who were fired or reassigned without explanation, current and former officials told NBC News. She also backed her department’s push to dismiss corruption charges against New York City Mayor Eric Adams so he could help with immigration enforcement, which prompted the largest wave of resignations by career prosecutors since Watergate. And she has remained silent as Ed Martin, acting U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C., has threatened Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., Georgetown University and others over politics. She has also openly promised to fire DOJ civil servants herself if they “despise” Trump. Experts say that is prohibited under federal law.
“These firings seem designed to make room for someone who is a political loyalist, someone who will do the White House’s bidding, in an effort to reshape the department into something that it has never been before,” a senior career Justice Department official said on condition of anonymity for fear of retaliation.
Bondi has also spoken in nakedly partisan terms in six appearances on Fox News, her only news media interviews”
Today’s Twisted, Upside-Down Republican Party… where supporting a lying, lawless, wanna-be dictator lunatic who mental health professionals such as Dr. John Gartner called a ‘Psychiatric Frankenstein monster’, who bragged about grabbing women by the ‘pussy’, who incited Riots and Violence causing 5 deaths by his brainwashed MOB of supporters on J6, who Obstructed Justice on numerous occasions as detailed in the Mueller Report, who Threatened Georgia Election Officials demanding they “find votes” and making sure he’s never held accountable for any of his crimes is “RIGHT”. Voting to Impeach him for violating his Oath of Office and taking any action to hold him accountable for breaking the law or violating the Constitution is “WRONG”.
According to news reports, Mitt Romney said Republicans didn’t vote to Impeach Trump out of FEAR of Trump and his Supporters. The fact that Republicans who once spoke out against Trump are now silent about how unfit he is to be President, PROVE they are COWARDS who have put they’re Political Careers over doing what’s best for our country and it’s citizens.
The fact that Republicans did everything possible to put Trump in the White House after all of his outrageous and illegal conduct PROVE Republicans are Lawless, have no decency, no morals, no shame, no principles, have put party, Seizing Power, Politics & Political Careers, above all else and are unfit to hold public office.
