Attorney General Pam Bondi and her Department of Justice lawyers said repeatedly that it was impossible to facilitate Abrego Garcia’s return to the United States.

In other words, if true, the first Trump DOJ let Garcia run a dangerous criminal conspiracy inside the United States with impunity during the entirety of Trump’s first term.
